City-Galerie Siegen: Mango Signs On

City-Galerie Siegen is continuing to reinforce its position as the leading retail destination in the South Westphalia region.

Siegen///Germany – A series of new lease signings, store expansions, and internal relocations are set to sharpen the tenant mix and improve the shopping experience for visitors from Siegen and the surrounding catchment area.

Several new brands have been secured as part of the center’s ongoing leasing activity. These include Mango, UOUOROSE, Schwarz Trauringe, and Immergrün. Openings are being phased in: UOUOROSE is scheduled to open in Q3 2026, while Mango and Jack & Jones are earmarked for Q1 2027.

Alongside the new arrivals, several existing tenants are investing in their footprint. Snipes is relocating within the center and significantly expanding its retail floor space, with a planned reopening in Q4 2026. Jack & Jones will also increase its space as part of the restructuring, while Mango’s new store concept will be realized as part of the same development push. Engbers is likewise relocating to a larger unit within the center to better showcase its offer going forward. These moves reflect continued brand confidence in City-Galerie Siegen and support a more future-proof space structure.

Internal repositioning is also underway for a number of existing tenants. Tally Weijl and the DRK blood donation service are both moving to new units within the center, remaining part of the retail and services mix. The internal relocations are designed to optimize the floor plate and improve customer flow.

A notable indicator of the center’s appeal is the conversion of temporary concepts into permanent tenants. L’Akkent Café will become a permanent fixture from June 1, with Darter Shop following on July 1. Both concepts established themselves during their pop-up phases and will now form part of City-Galerie Siegen’s long-term offer.

“The current leasing successes and space adjustments clearly demonstrate that City-Galerie Siegen is a dynamic and future-ready retail location. Through the targeted integration of new brands, the further development of existing concepts, and an optimized space structure, we are creating a modern, attractive offer and sustainably strengthening the center’s competitiveness in the region,” said Wladimir Senkewitsch, Center Manager of City-Galerie Siegen.
