CEV revitalizes retail space to modern hybrid shopping center in Saalfeld

The comprehensive revitalization measures have begun with the renovation of the parking lot and are currently being continued with a redesign of the facade and the implementation of a new space concept. In addition to Marktkauf as the anchor tenant, a food court, and a total of 33 stores will characterize the new shopping center. 

Goods for daily use, consumer electronics, pet food, textiles and shoes round off the wide range of products on offer. Preparations for the construction work and leasing are in full swing–only a few rental spaces are currently available. The reopening is scheduled for summer 2022.
