CC Real continues to expand its operational presence in Germany. Since the beginning of this year, Alexander Hund has been responsible for the Industry & Logistics (I&L) division in Germany. In this role, he will oversee the expanding activities in one of the most dynamic sub-markets of Europe’s commercial real estate industry.
Extensive expertise across the entire real estate value chain
With Alexander Hund, CC Real gains a highly experienced expert with comprehensive know-how in the industrial real estate sector. He brings long-standing expertise across the entire real estate value chain. Most recently, he served as Managing Director at CTP, where he was responsible for operations in Germany and Austria. In this position, he managed transactions with a total volume of more than EUR 250 million and managed a portfolio with a market value exceeding EUR 1 billion.
Strategic focus in Germany
With the appointment of Alexander Hund, CC Real underscores its intention to systematically expand its industrial and logistics real estate activities in the German market. The strategy is based on three key pillars:
- Targeted portfolio development: Building and managing high-quality I&L assets in strategically relevant locations that meet the requirements of modern supply chain models and ESG criteria.
- Institutional partnerships: Cooperation with international and German investors to identify and realise long-term investment opportunities.
- Local presence and market proximity: Strengthening on-the-ground operations through the expansion of local networks and close collaboration with key stakeholders in the German real estate market.
- In his new role, Alexander Hund will further develop dialogue with institutional investors and will be responsible for implementing CC Real’s growth strategy in Germany.
