Munich///Germany – Global real estate services firm CBRE has advised French cosmetics and fragrance retailer Sephora on the signing of a lease for a new store at Sendlinger Strasse 18 in Munich. The retail unit covers approximately 480 square meters. The location marks Sephora’s first high street presence in Munich, with the store having opened on April 10, 2026. A long-term lease agreement has been signed for the space.
“Sephora is a strong addition to Sendlinger Strasse. The retailer broadens the street’s offering and attracts new customer segments. The central location between Marienplatz and Sendlinger Tor, combined with high foot traffic, makes this a particularly compelling site, and the new store only reinforces that,” said Thomas Nogaschewski, Director Retail Leasing South at CBRE Germany.
