To increase its own range of services and to keep up with the company’s growth BBE Handelsberatung and IPH group filled two new positions. Franka Lange coming from Multi joins the group in the newly created position of Head of Marketing and Digitalization. Alexander Elle (from the Fürth P&P Group) starts as Senior Leasing Manager to expand IPH’s leasing expertise. Both started on July 1st, 2022.

Franka Lange has 16 years of work experience in the areas of customer care, sales and marketing with a focus on shopping centers and mixed-use properties. Most recently, she was Head of Marketing and Communications at the Düsseldorf shopping center operator Multi from the beginning of 2020.
Alexander Elle has been working within the retail industry for 13 years, including more than nine years as a leasing specialist. Most recently he was responsible for the leasing management of the Fürth center “FLAIR” at the P&P Group as Senior Leasing Manager, which was reopened in autumn 2021 after extensive repositioning.
