BAML appoints new management team

Ballymore Asset Management Limited (BAML) has appointed Tony Hymers as Managing Director and Ross MacCaskill as Finance Director.

Tony Hymers joins from Burlington Estates, the property management services company based in Mayfair, which he co-founded in 2012. He is a Chartered Surveyor, Fellow of RICS and has over 25 years’ experience in the industry. With a fellow director he undertook a management buy-out of the block management section in 2012 and founded Burlington Estates. In addition, Tony acted as Chair of The Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA) from October 2018 until September 2020.

Ross McCaskill joins BAML as Finance Director. His experience includes real estate investment, development, and asset management in addition to accounting and taxation within the property and the professional services industries. Ross is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and is the Chair of OxRES, the Oxford Real Estate Society, which hosts industry and career-related events with the aim of promoting the property industry to students and alumni of the University of Oxford.
