Atrium European Real Estate rebrands to G City Europe

In 2022, Atrium European Real Estate became part of G City. As part of the rebranding process the company will be present in the market under the new name G City Europe. Subsequently, a number of corporate rebranding steps will be taken in various areas.

Atrium European Real Estate (“Atrium”) is one of the leading owner, operator, redeveloper of community shopping centres and residential for rent assets in Central Europe with the majority of its portfolio located in the capital cities of Warsaw and Prague. Atrium specializes in locally dominant food, fashion and entertainment shopping centres in the best urban locations. Atrium owns 21 properties with a total gross leasable area of over 680,000 sq m and with a total market value of approximately 2.3 billion Euro including flagships like Wars Sawa Junior, Atrium Promenada, Atrium Targówek and Atrium Reduta in Warsaw, Galeria Dominikańska in Wroclaw and Atrium Flora in Prague.

In 2022, Atrium European Real Estate became part of G City (formerly Gazit Globe Ltd.), a leading global real estate company focused on the management and development of retail and mixed use properties in major urban markets including North America, Brazil, Israel, Northern and Central Europe, listed as G City with stock symbol – GCT.

Atrium is pleased to announce that as part of the rebranding process the company will be present in the market under the new name G City Europe. Subsequently, a number of corporate rebranding steps will be taken in various areas, such as changes of Atrium’s Linkedin page and website (from www.aere.com into www.g-cityeu.com).

Atrium believes that the new name – G City Europe – and the slogan “The heart of it” will greatly contribute to the worldwide positioning and promotion of the Company. Ryan Lee remains Group CEO and Anna Dafna continues as Group CFO. As for now, the retail community centers in the company’s portfolio retain their current names.
