The Mülheim location marks not only ADVENTICA’s debut in Germany but also its largest and most modern project across Europe. Serving as a pilot park, it will allow ADVENTICA to understand the preferences of the German audience and refine its concept accordingly. RRZ’s owners, Eurofund Group and Signal Capital Partners, view ADVENTICA as a cornerstone in the center’s ongoing transformation.

This also gives us the opportunity to better understand German consumer needs and behavior, enabling us to continuously improve.”
The partnership between RRZ’s owners, Eurofund Group and Signal Capital Partners, and ADVENTICA was announced in September 2024. From the outset, it was clear that the new anchor tenant would play a key role in transforming the center into a modern shopping and leisure destination. Founded in Lithuania, ADVENTICA has successfully established its concept across multiple European markets, offering high-quality, safe, and design-driven family entertainment facilities.
Visitors can enjoy 14 attractions, including multi-level climbing structures, a bouncy castle arena, a kart track, and interactive play installations. For birthday celebrations, 11 themed party rooms are available. A spacious indoor terrace with viewing platforms provides families a place to relax and parents an opportunity to unwind.
The official opening will be accompanied by a ten-day event program, “Adventure Days” (October 8–17), featuring interactive workshops, mascot appearances, and a digital Pac-Man gaming station. Ticket giveaways—both on-site and via social media—will complement the activities.

Adventure Days Program
The opening will be celebrated from October 8 to 17 with the “Adventure Days,” including hands-on activities, mascot shows, a Pac-Man station, and ticket giveaways both in the center and online.
