4TH INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE FOR FOOD INNOVATION: WHEN FOOD INNOVATION MEETS TRADITION /// Jun 19, 2024

The 4th International Conference for Food Innovation will take place on June 19, 2024.

At the 4th International Food Innovation Conference on June 19, 2024, we will discuss the topic “Culture Clash: When Food Innovation Meets Tradition” with thought leaders, industry and nutrition experts at the Gottlieb Duttweiler Institute. We explain which cultural hurdles need to be overcome for food innovations during production, preparation and consumption. And we identify cultural opportunities – for example, when established habits and rituals enable more sustainable enjoyment.

The GDI’s leading international food conference is relevant for anyone who wants to drive forward the transformation to a sustainable food system within the given cultural context. It provides interdisciplinary insights for representatives from industry, trade, gastronomy, consulting and health and discusses solutions across the entire value network – from product development to distribution and consumption.
