Stockholmsmässan becomes SHORE GOLD certified

The largest exhibition center in the Nordics for exhibitions, conferences, and events, is now even better and safer; as the first exhibition center in the Nordics Stockholmsmässan has become a ”SHORE CERTIFIED GOLD” exhibition center.

Art Experiences at MPC Shopping Centers

MPC organized the two art exhibitions – “Art Revolution – Art That Comes to Life” in UŠĆE Shopping Center, and the exhibition of NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC photographs “Women: A Century of Change” on the occasion of celebrating Women’s Day, which took place in the three shopping centers: BEO Shopping Center, UŠĆE Shopping Center, and Mercator Center.

Altera acquires local shopping center Het Stroink

Altera Vastgoed has acquired off-market local shopping center Het Stroink in Enschede (NL) from WP Retail Invest CV (“WPRI”). The center has recently been renovated by WPRI to create a retail complex with a pharmacy, a medical center, three primary schools, a nursery and a petrol station.
