After 15 years’ operations in Croatia, where it successfully manages 11 retail parks and neighbourhood centres, the London-based property investor, developer and asset manager Poseidon Group continues to expand and strengthen its Capitol Park network throughout the country.

On Thursday, 5 November 2020, the Polish Council of Shopping Centres (PRCH) announced the winners of the 11th edition of the competition. Among the awarded projects, there were those of companies such as: EPP,, Cromwell Property Group or Play. This year, a special prize was also awarded to the representatives of APSYS Poland.

From November 1, 2020, Evert Jan van Garderen will succeed Jeremy Lewis as Chief Executive Officer of the Company following his retirement. Director and Board Member Roberto Fraticelli will succeed van Garderen as Chief Financial Officer.

The first second-hand IKEA store is now open in Eskilstuna, Sweden. The store is located in the ReTuna shopping centre, where all products sold are reused or recycled. Old furniture is given a second chance, at the same time as IKEA can test and develop a circular business model.
