Jörg Balow joins the top team of ATP Berlin

The German building services expert, Jörg Balow, is strengthening the top management team of ATP architects engineers Berlin. Together with the architect Niklas Veelken he has been leading the ATP integrated design office and its international team of 20 employees since July 2020. This means that ATP’s special integrated design culture is now also reflected by the management duo in its Berlin office.

Ingka Centres acquires 6X6 building in downtown San Francisco

Ingka Centres, part of the Ingka Group (which also includes IKEA Retail and Ingka Investments), has acquired the 6X6 building in downtown San Francisco from MSP Property LLP, a company controlled and owned by Alexandria Real Estate Equities Inc. and TMG Partners.

No Expenses Spared

Europe’s largest mixed-use project to date is due to be built in the Romanian capital. An investment in the amount of 2.87 billion euros has been made.
