Xavier Denis, new President of AG Real Estate France SAS

Xavier Denis joined AG Real Estate in June 2018 as Chief Development Officer, member of the Management Committee and director of AG Real Estate S.A. Xavier Denis has more than 20 years’ real estate and multi-disciplinary, international experience. He has a civil engineering/architecture degree from the Catholic University of Louvain and has earned an MBA from INSEAD.

In performing his duties, Xavier Denis will be able to draw on the skills of two general managers, Arnaud Guennoc and Thibault Delamain, Head of Development and Head of Investment and Asset Management respectively. They have been in those positions since the opening of the AG Real Estate agency in Paris in 2012, and will continue to manage the promotion operations and to monitor the assets under management estimated at €1.3 billion.
