“Tous is a brand which was created for the people who appreciate quality, timelessness as well as fantasy in jewellery. We create products for women who like to have fun with fashion. The TOUS brand and its excellent symbol carry such values as tenderness, warmth and positive emotions. The essence of our brand can be observed in our jewellery. We make outstanding items while playing with the form, colour and materials. We already have two outlets in Katowice, but none of them in the southern part of the city. The potential related to the location offered by Libero determined our decision,” says Agnieszka Jasikowska, general director, Poland.
“The jewellery offer is located on the ground floor of Galeria Libero. Its tenants will include traditional, Polish brands as well as international chains. One of them is Tous – a brand which is very popular, modern and trendy,” says Marcin Szlufik, senior leasing manager in Echo Investment’s Shopping Centre Department.
Tous is a Spanish brand which was founded in 1920. Tous currently has 180 outlets in Spain and more than 400 all over the world (the company is present in over 40 countries). The brand has been present in Poland since 2009. The shops offer jewellery and leather accessories, perfumes, watches, glasses, suitcases, wallets and shawls. The company has over 30 outlets located in shopping centres all over Poland.
The construction of Galeria Libero started last summer. The construction process is on schedule. The completion of the shell is planned for the summer of 2017. Advanced commercialization process is in progress regardless of the construction work. More than 50 pct of the retail area in Libero has already been leased.
