Toolbox Group has appointed Randall McKillop to lead the major expansion of its real estate management and engagement technology Mallcomm in the USA, Canada and South America.

Randall was formerly the Westfield Senior Vice President of Technology, Products and Services. As Executive Vice President of the Americas, Randall will lead a growing team which will be based in Los Angeles with satellites planned across the territory. The team will serve the significantly growing number of clients and projects as Mallcomm becomes one of the fastest adopted real estate technologies in the sector.

Randall brings with him a deep understanding of real estate and the importance of using digital communications tools to add value in real estate communities.  He will use his extensive experience in delivering global digital solutions for user engagement and leadership in the delivering and scaling of software as a service.

Randall commented on his appointment: “I’m really pleased to be joining Toolbox Group, and the team that Michelle Buxton has built.  This is exciting times for the Mallcomm product as the leading tool for all types of property management needs from retail to mixed-use to residential. Also, integrating engagement of B2B with B2C audiences in one platform is a ground breaking development that is putting Mallcomm ahead of other solutions.  This is delivering customer loyalty in a way that has never been done before in real estate and really harnessing insights to drive the real estate business.”

CEO and Founder, Michelle Buxton, added: “Our US business has seen rapid success being adopted in the last six months in the region by institutional clients such as Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield and Mall of America, and with a substantial pipeline Randall will be growing the team immediately. Randall has a depth of experience and knowledge of leading a large software product that will really help us to meet this growing demand.”
