The Rynek Retail Rark in Zawiercie is now open

Rynek Retail Park, the investor and developer of which is Zawiercie Retail Park, was opened in the largest commercial area of the city.

A new investment in the city at ul. Obrońców Poczty Gdańskiej 33 attracts a lot of customers to the facility. The location of the facility close to the city center by the national road No. 796, on the Katowice – Dąbrowa Górnicza route, provides quick and easy access to the facility. The retail park is very well connected with ul. Obrońców Poczty Gdańskiej and ul. Frogs. Convenient parking lots in front of the building, integrated with the neighboring commercial offer, allow residents to conveniently shop.

Together with the operating Lidl market and neighboring commercial facilities, such as Biedronka, Netto, Media Expert, RTV Euro AGD, Bricomarché, Jysk, Komfort, and a popular city marketplace, it creates a total of over 15,000. sq m shopping space.

The tenants of the center include: the popular Sinsay clothing store, Rossmann drugstore, Pepco and KiK discount stores and the Deichmann shoe store.

– Zawiercie Retail Park is prospering very well and is very popular among customers. Despite the very difficult market situation related to the pandemic and the problems of the commercial industry, we have successfully completed 100% commercialization. It is a “convenience” facility, a format that works best in the current market conditions. Bearing in mind the prevailing trends in the retail market and customer expectations, a perfectly matched tenant-mix makes every customer find something for themselves – says Ewa Ściubidło, Vice President of Mallson Polska – the company responsible for renting the facility.

Design Services Leszek Mazur was responsible for the whole architectural and visual aspect. The general contractor of the facility was the company Grang from Zawiercie.
