Sparkle PR Group became the official PR office for The Outlet Moscow in Russia

The Outlet Moscow is the first outlet mall in Russia focused on premium and luxury brands. On the 25,000-square-meter territory will be represented more than 90 brands. Located in the prestigious area of New Riga district, just 5 kilometers from the Moscow Ring Road and 25 kilometers from the city center, The Outlet Moscow is the third outlet project in the portfolio of the international company Hines which has many years of successful experience in implementing and managing Outlet Village Belaya Dacha (Moscow) and Outlet Village Pulkovo (St. Petersburg).

The design of the project was developed by the architectural bureau TTMG International and is made in a modern industrial style using premium finishing materials. The brick facades are harmoniously complemented with glass elements and large illuminated display cases. Among the shopping pavilions resembling loft spaces there are fountain, green areas with flower beds and other recreation areas.

When designing weather conditions were also taken into account – special constructions for protection against precipitation were provided on the territory, as well as the already established snow melting system in pedestrian zones.
