The development will be located in the Darłowo municipality, in the village of Rusko, directly next to national road DK37, which is the main access route to Darłowo and Darłówko. Its location along one of the region’s key transport arteries will ensure high visibility of the facility and convenient access for both local residents and tourists visiting the seaside resort.
According to information provided by the investor, the project has secured an agreed road access to the national road. Favorable provisions of the local spatial development plan allow for the construction of more than 18,000 sq m. of retail space on the site.
As emphasized by Anna Wojciechowska, Senior Leasing Manager at Scallier, the project has been perceived from the outset as an investment with above-average commercial potential.
“We anticipated a fast pace of commercialization of the new retail park located at the entrance to Darłowo; however, the actual level of interest from tenants has significantly exceeded our expectations, confirming the attractiveness of both the location and the investment concept.”
According to the schedule, preparation of the project for construction is set to begin in the first half of 2026. “The first lease agreements were signed in December, and further ones are currently at an advanced stage of negotiations“, says Anna Wojciechowska.
The project will be implemented in phases. An application for the execution of the first stage of the investment has already been submitted. The planned expansion will enable further use of the high absorption capacity of the local market and strengthen the facility’s position as one of the key retail destinations in the region.
Darłowo, located in the West Pomeranian Province and home to over 12 thousand residents, is one of the most popular resorts on the Baltic Sea. The local market is characterized by a significant seasonal increase in purchasing power resulting from the inflow of tourists. It is estimated that the city and the surrounding holiday destinations are visited by approximately 1 million people annually.
