Pangea adviser to Citycon in the EUR 21m sale to local investor.
In early March, the sale of Citycon’s retail big box property Lade in Trondheim was closed. The property has five tenants and a gross lettable area around 8,600 sq m.
The sales price was EUR 21m (NOK 183m) and the buyer was Frost Eiendom, a family-owned company with focus on the Trondheim region.
Pangea Property Partners was sell-side adviser to Citycon in the transaction.
