Primark recently opened at Cité Europe near Calais

The opening of Primark represents a milestone in the commercial relaunch of Cité Europe. In 2020, the center was restructured and revamped by Carmila and Carrefour Property, who replaced the nine entrances, refurbished the rest areas, and created a Wi-Fi zone as well as a new 70-square-meter play area, featuring a slide that is nearly 12 meters high. Cité Gourmande, the food services area, was also renovated and now offers more natural light thanks to new glass canopies, a refreshed facade design, and a streamlined layout that flows into the main shopping area. The refurbishment reflects Carmila’s determination to enhance Cité Europe’s appeal to its retailers and visitors. “We are absolutely delighted to welcome Primark.
