Premier Outlet Budapest Appoints Coniq to increase customer engagement

Coniq to design and launch a new omnichannel loyalty programme for Hungary’s leading outlet village.

Hungary’s largest and retail destination, Premier Outlet Budapest, managed by ROS Retail Outlet Shopping, has chosen Coniq to increase the frequency of shopper visits, basket size, and sales with a modern customer experience-based loyalty programme to be launched by December 2021.

Premier Outlet Budapest will leverage Coniq’s Total Customer Engagement Platform and its suite of fully integrated technologies as the single source of understanding, engaging and influencing the behaviour of shoppers before, during and after they visit the outlet’s 90 national and international fashion, sports, outdoor and lifestyle brands.

“After extensive market research, we chose Coniq for the simple fact that the company has the industry’s most successful track record of powering loyalty programmes at the best performing outlet centers in Europe,” said Csaba Imre, Center Manager, Premier Outlet Budapest. “Consumer attitudes and preferences for shopping have changed drastically over the past 18 months, so we must enhance our ability to know, anticipate and interact with customers using the proven state-of-the-art digital engagement platform from Coniq.”

Data collection and analysis to optimize offer

Coniq’s IQ platform will enable Premier Outlet Budapest’s marketing, leasing and operations teams to collect, analyse and use customer data to segment shoppers based on attributes such as demographics, shopping behaviour including in-store transactions, real-time geolocation, visit frequency and customer lifetime value. This will allow them to send highly personalised offers and content in real-time via multiple touchpoints, including in store, mobile app, website, social and email.

The teams will also have access to end-of-day sales data, and other insights collected from in store and online touchpoints to continually assess and improve the effectiveness of the new loyalty program and marketing campaigns. In addition to this, the center will launch its first customer-facing app, further appealing to all visitor demographics.

“We are excited to be working with ROS Retail Outlet Shopping in Hungary to help Premier Outlet Budapest continue to exceed the expectations of customers when they visit,” said Ben Chesser, CEO of Coniq, The Total Customer Engagement Company. “Coniq’s mission, and track record of bringing the full digital capabilities of online retailers to the physical world, is enabling forward thinking organisations to respond faster and more effectively to shifts in consumer preferences, resulting in creating more value for operators and retailers.”

Premier Outlet Budapest is the second ROS Retail Outlet Shopping destination to deploy Coniq’s digital platform, with Designer Outlet Soltau in Germany having launched its new CRM and marketing programme in June 2021.
