Neinver has appointed Francisco Gutiérrez as its new Retail Director, a position that reports directly to Joan Rouras, the Group’s Leasing & Retail Director. As part of his new role, he will be responsible for implementing the Spanish multinational’s retail strategy across the 20 properties under management in Spain, Italy, France, Poland, Germany, and the Netherlands.

BNP Paribas Real Estate has appointed Csongor Csukás as European Head of Property Management. He will take over the position from Lauric Leclerc at the end of March. Csukás is thus extending his area of responsibility from France to the group’s entire PM European business.

CBRE has announced the appointment of Richard Bashford as a Senior Director in its UK Retail Investment team. Richard joins from Fawcett Mead, where he has spent the last seven years as a Director focusing on the national retail investment market. Prior to this, he was the Director in JLL’s National Retail Investment team. He has over 25 years’ experience in the retail property sector and has advised a significant list of clients, including AEW, CBRE Investment Management, Columbia Threadneedle, Legal & General, Patrizia, and Amsprop.

The operation of the firm’s Sustainability and ESG teams in the CEE region will be co-cordinated by Tereza Jelínková, Associate in Cushman & Wakefield’s Czech office. She will thus expand her existing role in the Project Development Services team, where she is currently responsible for the Project Management team focused on asset level projects and sustainability.

Alysoun Stewart joined Ellandi in January 2019 as Chief Operating Officer and is now appointed to Chair of the Board, a newly created role. Over the past three years, Stewart worked with Ellandi founders, Morgan Garfield and Mark Robinson, to develop the operating platform for the business. She has recently handed over the role of COO to David Payling, who will now take the management forward in the continuing evolution of the operational side of the company.
