Peek & Cloppenburg opens new concept store in Sofia Ring Mall

The independent fashion retailer Peek & Cloppenburg will open in Sofia Ring Mall its first new department store in Bulgaria after more than 10 years of the last store opening. The opening is planned for 4th of March.

The new store in Sofia Ring Mall will be introducing the new Peek & Cloppenburg floor space concept, which is clearly divided into men’s and women’s floors. The new arrangement is also intended to provide optimal orientation for customers and the store will have a designated athletic leisure area.

The store is built through two floors expanding in over 3000 sq. meters of retail space. It will offer to the visitors wide range of fashion products, from international brands such as Armani Exchange, BOSS, HUGO, JOOP!, Marc O’Polo, Polo Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, S.Oliver to company own labels (Jake*s, Review), for any occasion – from casual and business clothing up to evening wear, together with personal fashion advice services for customers.

„In our new store in Sofia Ring Mall, we will offer about 100 different brands under one roof in a sales area of around 3000 square meters. Our aim is to offer our customers the perfect outfit for every occasion and every style. We achieve this with a carefully coordinated range that includes our popular own brands as well as international brands. For an even more attractive shopping experience, the new store presents itself with a new floor space concept, which is clearly divided into men’s and women’s floors. The new arrangement is intended to provide optimal orientation for our customers and to invite them to be inspired by the variety of products on offer. Another special highlight is the athletic leisure area for the young target group. Sports fashion suitable for everyday use is an absolute trend and we are pleased to meet this demand now in Sofia. Overall, we are satisfied with the business development in Bulgaria and are pleased to be able to offer our customers the well-known brand portfolio with a third P&C store in Sofia. Especially in these difficult times, we are looking ahead and continue to believe in the stationary trade. P&C will continue to pursue the expansion of its store network, the development of new markets and the expansion in Eastern Europe”, says Paul Pörtner, Director Retail Management at Peek & Cloppenburg and responsible for the Austrian and Eastern European market.

„We are thrilled to welcome Peek & Cloppenburg, Europe’s leading fashion department store, in our Sofia Ring Mall family. Our mission is to listen carefully to the constantly evolving needs and wishes of our customers and to make them reality. This interaction has established our venue into the most lovable destination. As we are committed to offering world class experience, this opening, as any other under our roof, will present the newest store concept! Opening more than 15 new concepts in the past months is also an acknowledgement of the value of our location and its relevance to the new standards set for safe and healthy, top tier shopping and leisure experience.’’ said Dimitrios Papoulis, CEO of Sofia South Ring Mall EAD.
