Outlets to be Featured at ICSC European Conference & Exhibition

A full lineup of outlet experts will share their insights at the ICSC European Conference & Exhibition scheduled for April 10-11 in Barcelona, Spain.

The first day of programming, April 10, the conference will include “The Future of Retail — Next Generation of Outlets.” The session will address how hybrid schemes are changing the landscape for investors, operators and retailers. Presenters include Philippe Journo, CEO, Compagnie de Phalsbourg; Chris Weilminster, COO, Urban Edge Properties; and Richard Broadhead, managing director, Oldrids & Co.

The outlet session “Customer Engagement—What it Takes to Remain Cutting Edge” is scheduled for April 11. Presenters include Pierre Loustric, president, Scentys; Ben Chesser, CEO, Coniq; and Ken Gunn, managing director, property, Pragma Consulting.

Discover how to elevate the food & beverage experience to attract a wider range of visitors and ultimately increase sales at the session “Making Food a Cornerstone of Outlets” on April 11. Presenters include Sam Sethi, principal and director, Insite Food; and Brian Johnson, international managing director, Wagamama.

Michael Stanier, CEO, Charles Tyrwhitt, is presenting “What’s in Store?—Unique Insights into Rapidly Changing Retail Strategies,” on April 11.
