The enormous offer in shops, the variation of gourmet cafés and restaurant, the leisure and unique atmosphere makes it the new meeting place of Izmir.

It has a construction area of 187.000 sqm GCA, 68.000 sqm GLA, 42 F&B units and 190 shops, 2.750 closed parking lots, 1.500 sqm kids playground and a 2.000 sqm performance hall.
