Opening of Hilltown Karsiyaka Shopping Center in Izmir

Ronesans opened the Hilltown Karsiyaka Shopping Center in Izmir in Turkey. The hybrid project is partly closed, and partly open air.

Different pergolas cover the open streets and create a welcoming and attractive public space. Various gardens with playgrounds and leisure activities surround the centre. The enormous offer in shops, the variation of gourmet cafés and restaurant, the leisure and unique atmosphere makes it the new meeting place of Izmir.

It has a construction area of 187.000 sqm GCA, 68.000 sqm GLA, 42 F&B units and 190 shops, 2.750 closed parking lots, 1.500 sqm kids playground and a 2.000 sqm performance hall.
