NORDSTAN Shopping Center awarded GOLD-Excellent SHORE Certification

NORDSTAN contains more than 200 stores and restaurants and has a footfall of 30 million visitors and is anchored by Åhléns, Lidl, Lindex, Intersport, and H&M, with over 2,600 parking stalls, and offices arranged over four floors. The complex is owned by 5 different owners some of Swedens larget property owners.

SHORE Certifications are carried out by SAFE Asset Group and NORDSTAN Shopping center started with its first certification in 2020 and now shows even better preparedness and operational excellence with the highest of international standards. By becoming GOLD-Excellent Nordstand continues to build trust and value for the business and ensures a safe and commercial shopping experience for the staff, tenants, and visitors.
