Newsec Property Asset Management Hires COO with solid Industry Background

Rikard comes from a role as Head of Property at the Swedish company Hemsö.

Rikard has a solid industry background from some of the regional market leaders and experience from running complex change projects.

To make sure we keep up the pace and deliver according to plan, we now hire Rikard as COO. We especially appreciate his solid industry background and experience from running complex change projects with many stakeholders. We believe he will be able to help us focus on the right things. The fact that he’s got a mind for competition is also a plus”, says Björn Lindeborg, Head of Newsec Property Asset Management.

The role as COO covers all of Newsec’s property asset management business with some 1 600 co-workers and 40 million sqm under management across the Nordics and Baltics.

Rikard will start his new role sometime during the spring 2020.
