Neinver strengthens retail offer at San Sebastián de los Reyes The Style Outlets

The outlet centre will add more than 2,000 sq m of GLA for a dozen new brands and current stores’ enlargement.

Neinver is strengthening the commercial offer of San Sebastián de los Reyes The Style Outlets, Spain’s largest outlet centre, by adding new brands, some of them exclusively, and expanding several existing shops by a total of 2,000 sq m. The centre is currently being refurbished and works are scheduled to be completed in January 2020.

The famous American label Tommy Hilfiger has just opened a shop for its children’s fashion brand Tommy Kids. The French sportswear firm Geographical Norway has also opened in the San Sebastián centre, and therefore now operates in all of Neinver ‘s The Style Outlets centres in Spain. In the coming weeks, the Catalan fashion firm Sita Murt and the renowned French luggage brand Delsey will join for the first time San Sebastián de los Reyes The Style Outlets with new stores and the Spanish shoe brand Alma en Pena has chosen Spain’s largest outlet centre to open the first domestic outlet store.

“Expanding the offer at our San Sebastián de los Reyes centre is part of the growth and improvement plan Neinver is carrying out in The Style Outlets centres in Greater Madrid. Besides the new exclusive labels, several large brands have committed to expanding their sales space with us. This supports our shared commitment to offering the best experience to our visitors,” says Eduardo Ceballos, Neinver Country Head for Spain and Italy.

With an average of 5 million visitors a year and an average sales growth of 8% in the last six years, San Sebastián de los Reyes The Style Outlets has established itself as one of the benchmark centres in our country. Its continued growth has led many brands to increase their presence in the centre, and recently, Neinver signed lease expansions with firms such as cosmetic boutique Primor, Skechers and Spanish fashion label Alvaro Moreno, which will nearly double their space. New Balance, meanwhile, will reopen with three times as much space as before, and other brands such as Calzedonia, Home & Cook, Le Coq Sportif and Volcom will also increase their sales area. Firms already operating in the centre will expand their space by a total of almost 1,000 m², usually accompanied by remodelling and a new image to improve the shopping experience.

San Sebastián de los Reyes The Style Outlets thus strengthens its extensive commercial offer and adds these new brands and expansions to the other major labels already present in the centre, such as Adidas, Adolfo Dominguez, Asics, Barbour, Bimba y Lola, Camper, Desigual, Dockers, Farrutx, Gant, Geox, Guess, Highly Preppy, Hispanitas, Hugo Boss, Javier Simorra, Levi’s, Mascaró, Massimo Dutti, Munich, Nike, Panama Jack, Patrizia Pepe, Pepe Jeans, Salsa, Samsonite, Texture, Trussardi, Twinset, Under Armor, Uterqüe, Vanity Fair and Vilagallo, among others.
