NEINVER continues its renovation of Getafe The Style Outlets and confirms the addition of 10 new brands

NEINVER is making progress in renovating its Getafe The Style Outlets centre near Madrid, as part of the company’s strategy of growing its strongest centres and enhancing their value.

The company is bolstering the centre’s commercial offer by adding ten new brands and expanding existing boutiques such as the Nike, Adidas, Pull&Bear and Stradivarius.

On 26 March, Getafe The Style Outlets will debut its new design and will open the O’Neill surf brand’s only outlet in Spain, along with outlets from labels such as the French brand Delsey, specialised in luggage; the handbags and accessories brand O bag; the iconic Crocs; the renowned trainers brand Munich and the children’s fashion brand Ido, already present in other The Style Outlets centres in Spain.

The Getafe centre will also feature the men’s fashion brand Jack & Jones and will strengthen its sportswear offer with major expansions of the Adidas and Nike outlets (which will triple their current space) and the opening of Joma and Tenth (one of the brands of the Décimas chain).

Labels such as Stradivarius, Pull&Bear, Primor, United Colors of Benetton, Festina, Lindt and Sunglass Hut have also taken advantage of the centre’s renovation to increase the floor space of their outlets.

“Twenty years after it first opened and with 5.5 million visitors coming to the centre every year, Getafe The Style Outlets has become a landmark centre, with great growth potential for brands. The remodelling helped bolster the centre’s commercial offer, with the signing of nearly 20 leases for a total of more than 4,000 m2 of GLA, including expansions and the addition of new brands. This demonstrates the brands’ confidence in our management and their commitment to The Style Outlets centres,” says Eduardo Ceballos, Country Head of NEINVER in Spain.

After this renovation, the centre will offer new services, relaxation areas, skylights to leverage natural light, and spaces that are more modern, comfortable and attractive to visitors.

Getafe The Style Outlets will be reinforced as a leading destination for people who love leisure and fashion in southern Madrid and vicinity, thanks to the new design, its broad commercial offer and its location in the Nassica Retail and Leisure Park, letting visitors combine shopping with the finest leisure and dining options.
