Multi assumes management of a Corestate Capital Group shopping center in Sindelfingen, Germany

Recently Multi Germany GmbH, part of Multi Corporation, took charge of center management at the Stern Center in Sindelfingen, Germany.

“We are delighted to take over the management of the Stern Center in Sindelfingen, the fourth shopping center we have incorporated this year, as part of our relatively young partnership with the Corestate Capital Group, joining Garbsen, Nordhorn and Schwenningen,” said Hubert Stech, Managing Director of Multi Germany GmbH.

Highly significant for Sindelfingen

“The Stern Center is a very attractive commercial property and is of great economic importance to the city of Sindelfingen as a customer magnet. We are confident that Multi is again the right partner to exploit the full potential of this asset,” explained Ralf Klann, Managing Director Asset Management at Corestate.

The takeover of the Stern Center continues Multi Germany’s expansion. “We aim to become the top full-service mall management service platform in Europe,” said Hubert Stech. “The addition of the Stern Center means Multi will now be running a prestigious shopping center that offers outstanding structural benefits thanks to its diverse range of shops and its convenient location in close proximity to the Mercedes-Benz plant.”
