Mercers’ Company signs independent jewellers for Covent Garden

The Mercers’ Company has announced that independent jewellers, e&e Jewellery, has signed for a new boutique on Neal Street, set to launch late November.

The 500 sq ft e&e Jewellery space, located in the heart of Covent Garden, is one of five in London and forms part of the brand’s European expansion plans including Spain, Italy, France and The Netherlands.

Established in 2009, e&e Jewellery is designed in London and hand-made in Istanbul. It is well-known for its intricate and statement pieces as well as innovative ranges of rings, earrings, bracelets and necklaces, with collections changing seasonally to provide a versatile offer for customers.

Mr. Emre Omerbeyoglu, Owner of e&e Jewellery, commented: “We have been searching for another location in London’s Covent Garden as we have seen a significant increase in sales and demand over past few months. Czech Republic: Reopening of shopping centres

The great majority of shopping centres should reopen on Thursday 3 December. The footfall and revenue figures show that customers have not given up on visiting shopping centres in the long-term perspective or changed their shopping habits dramatically. Following the reopening after the first wave of the corona crisis, both performance indicators grew again, and revenue even exceeded last year’s figures in a year-on-year comparison. The impact on footfall and turnover was lower in the second wave, with footfall slightly growing in recent weeks. Considering that Christmas is coming, we can expect customers to return to shopping centres quickly as soon as they are allowed to, resulting in an exceptional increase in footfall and revenue.
