Kick-off for Helsinki Outlet

Helsinki Outlet, which is due to open soon, was developed and will be operated by Fortus AS, which has a wealth of experience in outlets across Europe.

This project marks the end of the Finnish capital’s status as one of the few European capitals without an outlet village. Work on the project is progressing on schedule. The outlet village is located near Helsinki Airport, which is an important travel hub between Asia and Europe due to its geographical location and fast transfer connections.

Approximately 40 fashion and lifestyle stores will be available throughout the 15,000-square-meter scheme. One third of the leasing mix will consist of local brands, a third will be made up of Nordic brands, and a third will be comprised of global brands. Helsinki Outlet will be home to fashion and lifestyle stores, such as Hugo Boss, Tommy Hilfiger, Halti, Guess, Gant, Tiger of Sweden, Marimekko, Timberland, and Samsonite.

It will also include a 3,750-square-meter indoor leisure park, making it one of the biggest leisure parks built at an outlet in Europe.
