Justyna Kur, Vice-President of Apsys Polska and Head of Property & Rental Management, has been appointed President of the Management Board of Polska Rada Centrów Handlowych (PRCH). Kur has been active in the Polish retail real estate market since 2001.
PRCH has played a key role in shaping Poland’s shopping centre sector, representing the industry in dialogue with public administration and publishing reports and analyses that serve as market benchmarks.
“Her experience, operational perspective and deep understanding of the sector have had a real impact on how we manage assets, work with tenants and create long-term value,” writes Apsys Polska in their LinkedIn post.
For Apsys, the appointment carries particular significance. The company has been part of the Polish retail real estate market since the beginning of its development, and Kur has contributed to this history throughout her tenure at the firm
