JTRE celebrates 25 years in the real estate market

In a quarter of a century, JTRE has become a renowned urban developer with the focus in urban neighbourhood constructions and the creation of living spaces.

The company’s portfolio includes Eurovea City, River Park, Zuckermandel, Klingerka, and Triptych Bankside in Central London. These projects include residential towers, functional offices, promenades, parks, and attractive playgrounds.

“We aim to create optimal conditions for the development of cities and the satisfaction of residents,” observes Pavel Pelikán, Executive Director of JTRE. Their projects house almost 5,000 residents and they manage over 400,000 sq m of offices in Bratislava, providing workspace for thousands of employees.

The Danube riverside area is a key location and Bratislava’s waterfront is home to the projects River Park, Zuckermandel, Panorama Towers, and Eurovea Tower (Slovakia’s first skyscraper). The company is promoting public spaces, thus their developments include promenades, parks, and playgrounds, and they are supporters of culture, arts, and education as partners of the Slovak National Theater, White Night Contemporary Art Festival, Days of Architecture & Design, and Tyršák city beach.

“We consider the expansion and development of the city centre on both sides of the Danube to be key for the further development of Bratislava. Attractive embankments connect Bratislava physically and psychologically–so it becomes a full-fledged city on the Danube,” adds Pavel Pelikán.
