IPH Group continues strong Growth in Center Management

IPH Group is continuing to expand its growth trajectory in the field of center management. Key to this are two new mandates as well as the long-term extension of three existing ones. As a result, the number of shopping centers managed by IPH will increase to 22 by the beginning of 2026.

  • Deka Immobilien awards the Osnabrück Kamp Promenade mandate to IPH Group
  • Principal Asset Management® extends the mandate for City Galerie Aschaffenburg and assigns a second mandate for City Center Bergedorf
  • The mandate for Revcap’s Bahnhofspassagen Potsdam was successfully extended
  • Stachus Passagen Munich (Argon GmbH) also extended on a long-term basis

The new mandates are for the City-Center Bergedorf in Hamburg (owned by Principal Asset Management®) and the Osnabrück Kamp Promenade (owned by Deka Immobilien). The shopping centers where IPH’s management mandate has been extended are City Galerie Aschaffenburg (mandated by Principal Asset Management®), Bahnhofspassagen Potsdam (mandated by Revcap), and Stachus Passagen Munich (mandated by Argon GmbH).

“We continue to see significant potential for qualified growth in the center management segment. Although sometimes dismissed as a legacy asset class, shopping centers can perform very well even in today’s market environment – including in smaller cities. For centers to remain successful, it requires a location-specific strategy and consistent implementation,” says Lars Jähnichen, Managing Director of IPH Group.

“Of course, new mandates are essential for our growth path. At the same time, we view the mandate extensions above all as the best reference. They reflect the satisfaction of our clients and, in turn, the success of our individual center strategies and our implementation expertise,” explains Marcus Eggers, Managing Director of IPH Centermanagement.
