Munich///Germany – IPH Gruppe has brokered the first BASECOFFEE location in Munich. The all-day brunch concept has secured around 230 square meters of leasable space plus a generous outdoor area at the Meiller Gärten development.
This ninth location marks a continuation of BASECOFFEE’s expansion across Germany and its first entry into the Munich market. The signing underscores the appeal of the new Meiller Gärten urban quarter.
“With Munich, we’re entering one of Germany’s most exciting food service markets. Meiller Gärten offers ideal conditions for our concept to establish itself successfully in the Bavarian capital. Meiller Gärten is a high-quality residential quarter that has taken shape in northwest Munich, near Moosach train station, featuring daycare facilities, a boarding house, local retail, food service, and office space. The project combines urban living with strong residential quality in a green setting. It was developed by Rathgeber AG together with F.X. Meiller Gelände-GmbH & Co. KG.
Soulfood restaurant group BASECOFFEE was founded in Bamberg in 2019. Its all-day brunch concept features a range of pancakes, bowls, toasts, and freshly pressed juices and smoothies. BASECOFFEE has been honored with the Red Dot Design Award for its distinctive brand concept. Its organic coffee beans are sourced exclusively through direct trade from local coffee farms and processed at the company’s own roastery in Bamberg.
