Effective 1 February 2026, Kumiko Koyama Kihlberg has joined Ingka Centres’ global management team, taking responsibility for the group’s CFO domain worldwide. She joins from IKEA Japan, where she most recently held senior finance leadership roles. Her background spans retail, healthcare, FMCG and technology, with international experience across Europe, Asia and the United States.
In her new role, Koyama Kihlberg will oversee global finance functions, including financial planning, control and transformation. Her experience includes business partnering, investor relations, corporate finance and talent development. Ingka Centres, part of the Ingka Group, develops and operates shopping centers anchored by IKEA stores across multiple markets. The appointment comes as the company continues to focus on strengthening its organizational capabilities and long-term business performance across its international portfolio.
