Icon Outlet aces Lacoste signing in time for December reopening

Icon Outlet at The O2 has announced international designer brand, Lacoste, is the latest retailer to sign for its newest outlet store at the destination. As one of the leading shopping destinations in London, Lacoste is set to join Icon Outlet’s robust retail offering of over 60 brands including, Hugo Boss, Tommy Hilfiger, Levi’s, GAP, Nike and adidas.

The news coincides with Icon Outlet reopening its doors on Wednesday 2 December and extending its recent trading hours by 80% as retailers open earlier each day and will remain open until 9pm Monday-Saturday to boost Christmas shopping opportunities.

To kick off the Christmas spirit, Icon Outlet has been giving away £60,000 of gift cards which can be used at any of the fashion, beauty or leisurewear brands, and with the Winter Sale offering discounts of up to 80% off RRP savvy shoppers can maximise their Christmas gifting at one of London’s most exciting retail destinations.

Lacoste will open its latest 1770 square foot store on the upper level adjacent to Ted Baker and Calvin Klein, from 10am on Wednesday 2 December. The store will stock Lacoste’s apparel lines, accessories and fragrances for men, women and children, and the brand remains an official partner of the Nitto ATP Finals which recently took place at The O2 behind closed doors due to the national lockdown.

Founded in 1933 by tennis player René Lacoste, nicknamed ‘the crocodile’ due to his tenacity on court, and André Gillier, Lacoste is renowned worldwide for providing the best in designer clothing, footwear and accessories, and can be recognised by its distinctive green crocodile logo.

The brand has maintained a strong presence in the fashion and sports scenes across nine decades; Lacoste boasts ambassadorships with key style and sporting icons such as Novak Djokovic, Hayden Christensen and Tyler The Creator, as well as collaborations over the years with Supreme and Disney.
