Piotr Myszka joined the team in March this year, taking on the role of Head of Development. He is responsible for the investment strategy and project development, overseeing the entire process – from market analysis and land acquisition, through design and financing, to implementation and commercialization. Piotr manages cooperation with partners, contractors, and public institutions, ensuring that investments align with business objectives and legal regulations.

Investors and consumers expect locations that are not only functional and visually appealing, but also sustainable and integrated into the urban ecosystem. Piotr Myszka is an engineer with over 20 years of experience in the commercial and residential real estate sectors in Poland and abroad. Until recently, he worked at the ECHO/Archicom Group, where he was responsible for the preparation and implementation of multi-stage residential projects in Warsaw. His experience also includes the retail sector – he was responsible for the development of two of Warsaw’s newest shopping centers: Galeria Młociny and Galeria Północna.
