The Swiss Shopping Center Forum takes participants on an exciting journey on the topic of “Placemaking”.

For everything that goes beyond everyday shopping, the shopping experience is becoming more important than ever. With opulent presentations in chic flagship stores, great shopping malls and squares and streets with a great quality of stay, retail is becoming an important addition to e-commerce.

Central to the congress are questions, such as:

• What characterizes these mixed-use concepts with extensive leisure, entertainment and gastronomy offerings in attractively designed (outdoor) spaces?

• What can owners and center management companies do to make each location unique?

Among others, leading national and international experts from the fields of market and future research, shopping center and retail real estate as well as from the retail trade will present current topics from theory and practice.

The congress offers you the opportunity to meet the most important decision-makers in the shopping center and retail industry and to hold expert discussions. The big “family reunion” is the leading congress in Switzerland with over 300 participants.
