Greaves Sports said its Glasgow flagship store on Gordon Street and online business will continue to operate under the existing brand. Customers were also informed that gift cards and loyalty points remain valid.
Neither company disclosed financial details or outlined future plans for the business. The acquisition follows Frasers Group’s continued expansion across the UK retail sector through acquisitions of established retail brands.
