Flagship store of eobuwie.pl in Galeria Młociny, Poland

It will be the largest and most modern store of eobuwie.pl in Poland. The most cutting-edge footwear retail chain in the country has decided to extend the space leased four times in Galeria Młociny from 580 sq m up to 2,300 sq m. All this to create the first two-level store, where we can find almost 200,000 pairs of shoes - as much as 70 traditional stores - and also offer an online order delivery service on the same day.

„Our decision to lease a much larger space in Galeria Młociny is primarily due to the fact that we are constantly improving not only our offer but also forms of selling. In the latest location, we want to show our clients an innovative set of services. In our store you will be able to use the esize.me shoe selection system. Based on a 3D scan of your feet, it will recommend us the right shoe size. There is a lot to choose from, almost 200,000 pairs of shoes will be on offer. In order to have access to so many shoes, in the past we would have had to visit about 70 traditional shops. Such large area in Galeria Młociny also means greater logistics. We will dedicate a part to the store to a warehouse, thanks to which we will be able to carry out the “Same Day Delivery” service for clients from Warsaw in three time windows. We set the location in Galeria Młociny because it uniquely combines shopping with entertainment and leisure. Specially for this location, we are also preparing a unique service, but let it be a surprise for a while” says Konrad Jezierski, the retail director at eobuwie.pl.

The opening of Galeria Młociny soon, both construction and commercialisation are approaching the grand finale. We assume that Galeria Młociny will be 100% leased before the grand opening” says Marcin Materny, board member and director of the Echo Investment Shopping Center Department.

Galeria Młociny offers more than 75,000 sq m of space, where 220 stores and nearly 50 restaurants and cafes will be located. The complex also has 5,500 sqm dedicated to offices, a medical centre and the first multiplex cinema in Bielany. Among the renowned brands present in Galeria Młociny, it is worth mentioning Inditex group (Zara, Zara Home, Oysha, Massimo Duti, Bershka, Stradivarius, Pull & Bear), H & M, Van Graff, TK Maxx, C & A, CCC, Media Markt and RTV Euro AGD.

Great debuts also do not miss the complex. A well-known tenant of a European strong brand will be present in Galeria Młociny, which will undoubtedly be a magnet attracting Varsovians. Premiere stores will also be opened, among others brands such as Gagliardi, Sloggi or Mayoral. What is more, food concepts, which have not been present in traditional shopping centres, will have their debuts, including Buenavista, Food by Ann, Sobramesa and Zushi Sushi.

In eobuwie.pl in Galeria Młociny, apart from a few dozen tablets with special apps for shoes ordering, QR code scanners or automatic conveyors and sorters, a breakthrough esize.me service will also be available. The solution presented by the brand in mid-October will help you choose shoes based on a 3D feet scan. A special scanner will make a three-dimensional model of your foot in a moment, and then the system will compare it with scans of shoes available in the store. Finally, you will get a recommendation of the right size for a given brand, type or shoe’s style. The scan is made once, then each client can assign it to his cell number or e-mail account.

New, mixed-use centre of Bielany

The place will combine 220 favourite stores and service outlets, comfortable offices, a medical centre, playgrounds, a fitness club, restaurants and cafes, a trampoline park and the first multiplex cinema in the district within a friendly and green area.

Galeria Młociny is distinguished by an innovative approach in the design of meeting places, entertainment and gastronomy. Its restaurant and entertainment space, which occupies the entire +2 floor and is connected with the green roof garden, has been divided into various functional zones. Architects from the renowned Broadway Malyan studio transferred the atmosphere of cosy cafes, street-food and eating out as well as outdoor dining among greenery to Warsaw’s Bielany district. This is the first concept of its kind in Poland.

Galeria Młociny is being developed right next to Młociny hub – one of the places with the best transport links in Warsaw, with direct access to the underground, numerous tram lines and bus routes, suburban and national buses, a bicycle station and a P&R car park. It is the most important transfer location for the northern part of the city and satellite towns and it is used by over 24 mln passengers every year.

Investors of Galeria Młociny are: EPP (70 pct shares) and Echo Investment (30 pct shares). The former company will manage the newly-opened complex. The latter one is fully responsible for the development and lease process.
