Redevco is welcoming five new tenants in Shopping Hydrion, a 33,000 sq.m. retail park in Arlon, Belgium. The new tenants, Biocap, Pâtisserie Reizer, Extra, 4Murs and Qualias, form a nice mix of fashion, F&B, house hold goods, bio products and home health care stores.
Despite the past difficult period of lockdowns due to Covid-19 and some unfortunate bankruptcies, retail parks are more attractive to consumers than ever before.
