Leading sportswear brand Puma, along with other famous names such as Killtec, Tom Tailor, Lee Cooper, Triumph, Otter, Sizeer, Ecco, Colin’s, US Polo Assn and many others, are all currently fitting out their brand-new stores at the latest Outlet Centre. Situated at the exit to the A2 motorway, FASHION HOUSE Pallady will open its doors on March 25th and will accommodate dozens of famous brand stores, offering Romanian shoppers year-round discounts up to 70 per cent off, every day on a wide assortment including clothing, footwear, lingerie, accessories, jewellery, and home decor. With a €25 million investment, FASHION HOUSE Pallady will become a smart shopping destination on the Bucharest’s commercial map. At over 12,000 sqm, the project will be developed in two phases and will accommodate over 60 stores, a children’s play area, restaurants, and over 300 free car parking spaces for visitors.

FASHION HOUSE Pallady is the seventh outlet centre developed by FASHION HOUSE Group in CEE and Russia, and the second to open in the Romanian capital. The first Centre, which opened over 12 years ago in 2008, is located on the western side of Bucharest, in Militari.

“Today marks 60 days until the opening of FASHION HOUSE Pallady. Our new flagship development represents an important investment in Romania and the local economy, further demonstrating our commitment to the growth potential of the local outlet market. History has shown that the outlet business model is durable, even in the most challenging of economic periods. Despite the difficulties of 2020, we have continued with the construction of FASHION HOUSE Pallady as planned and will respond to the needs of the consumer for brand and value. We are confident of success and the future opportunities on the horizon”, said Brendon O’Reilly, managing director, FASHION HOUSE Group.

Cornelia Nicolae, retail operations director, FASHION HOUSE, Romania added: “The interest in our new Outlet from many famous brands has been very encouraging. Retailers clearly see the benefits of having an outlet strategy for their businesses and the attractiveness of this proposition to increasing the bottom line. Furthermore, it reaffirms their confidence in us, what we do and what we can deliver for brands.  We firmly believe in a partnership approach to working with our tenants, and we constantly offer them quality services, helping them to optimise their business.”

FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre, Pallady is in a perfect location, and will quickly establish itself as a major shopping attraction. It is only 25 minutes from the city centre and 45 minutes from Henri Coanda International Airport. Situated at the exit to the A2 motorway, FASHION HOUSE Pallady will attract not only serve a total catchment area of over 3 million inhabitants of Bucharest but also those travelling along the A2 motorway, the main access road to the Black Sea. The centre design is a new concept in the country, featuring open-air galleries. All stores will have separate entrances and the landscape will be carefully designed to mirror the ambiance of the historical old town Bucharest.

Featuring classic Romanian architecture FASHION HOUSE Outlet Pallady promises to offer an enchanting smart shopping experience on a landscape with Belle Epoque architecture for all. The Outlet will be a part of larger retail and leisure park, a project being developed by Liebrecht & wooD Group that aims to become one of the main shopping and leisure destinations in Romania.
