DI Group takes over Dollart Center in Emden

Deutsche Immobilien Group (DI Group) is now adding the Dollart Center (DOC) in Emden, Lower Saxony, to its portfolio.

For an institutional fund, Real I.S. is entrusting the group with center, property, and leasing management, as well as technical property management and building services for the property.

“The DOC is an exciting task in Corona-related challenging times. We are looking forward to bringing our many years of experience and ESG know-how to East Frisia’s largest shopping center,” explains DI CEO Benedikt Jagdfeld.

With around 25,000 sq m , the ” Dollart Center” is one of the largest shopping centers in the region, offering 36 retail tenants. Anchor tenants of the hybrid center are Multi (Edeka Group), expert, H&M, JYSK, and Aldi.
