Sports retailer Decathlon opens this week, on 28th of March, a new unit within Bistrita Retail Park, the project developed by Element Development.

The new store of Decathlon will have a 934 sq. m surface, joining a mix of retailers such as Carrefour Market, Help Net, Lems, JYSK, Sportisimo, Dinoland, Inmedio, Contakt, Top Shop, Churreria Julia, Noodle Pack, Salad Box and Angie’s Pizza.

Element Development has delivered Bistrita Retail Park in 2018, as a “strip mall” concept, with a mix of sports and furniture retailers, home products and family services, anchored by a Carrefour Market unit. The project was built in the city center, on 13A Calea Moldovei.

“The area where we have build has transformed in the new retail hub of the city, with our shopping gallery, the local food market and Selgros, Altex and Penny shops”, said Ionut Bordei, CEO, Element Development.

Bistrița Retail Park was finalized following a 9 million EUR investment for a shopping gallery of 7,850 sq. m on 13A Calea Moldovei, minutes away from the old city center. The project has a 100% occupancy grade, being financed by Garanti Bank.
