Cineplexx is building a high-end multiplex cinema with approximately 3.000m² and more than 1.000 seats in 8 halls, where visitors will experience state-of-the-art cinema projection technology showing national and international movies in a modern and first-class atmosphere while enjoying the well-known high service standards of Cineplexx. “As an innovation leader we are committed to offer our visitors the best cinematic experience and we are very proud to soon be offering the highly appreciated Cineplexx experience in our second location in the culturally vibrant city of Skopje.”, says Lucas Langhammer, Head of Business Development of Cineplexx Group.

‘We are very happy to dedicate the one and only cinema space to an anchor, that is a renowned market leader in Southeast Europe, CINEPLEXX, and ensure a state-of-the-art unique cinema experience for our visitors. The cinema facility enriches the entertainment offer in East Gate Mall and will contribute to the cultural life in Skopje, especially having in mind that this is the first cinema to open in this part of the city.’ – added Mr. Igor Davkov.

Already the first Cineplexx cinema in Skopje, which opened in 2012, was developed in close collaboration with BALFIN Group. ‘We highly value our successful partnership with BALFIN Group, with whom we have already been cooperating for more than 10 years. We are welcoming movie fans in Skopje since 2012 and especially during times such as these, when our social lives have been limited, we see how important going to the cinema is – it is a way to spend quality time

with friends and family, time for inspiration, education, and fun. We are proud to have such sophisticated partners to enable Skopje’s inhabitants a second cinema to enjoy movies at its best.’, so Lucas Langhammer. The cinema is expected to open in the fourth quarter of this year.
