BNP Paribas Real Estate Reorganizes Executive Leadership

BNP Paribas Real Estate implements a new governance structure from 1 March 2026, reshaping responsibilities at the top of the organization.

BNP Paribas Real Estate has announced a revised governance model effective 1 March 2026, reorganizing its senior management structure.

Thierry Laroue-Pont assumes the role of Executive Chairman, while Jean-Maxime Jouis is appointed Chief Executive Officer. Laroue-Pont will continue to oversee Property Development, retaining responsibility for one of the group’s core business lines. Jouis takes on overall strategic and operational leadership, with direct oversight of the Advisory and Property Management divisions.

The executive team is completed by three Deputy CEOs: Molka Langar, responsible for Corporate Functions and Transformation; Laurent Boucher, who continues to lead the Advisory division across Europe; and Csongor Csukas, heading Property Management. The new structure will operate in close coordination with the Board of Directors and the wider BNP Paribas Group.

For market participants — including retail property investors, developers and asset managers — the reorganisation clarifies leadership responsibilities across development, transactions and property management. The structure points to closer alignment between these functions at European level, with an emphasis on operational coordination.
