BNP Paribas Real Estate and the company EHL Immobilien GmbH signed an alliance contract in Austria

BNP Paribas Real Estate has strengthened its European presence by signing an alliance contract, regarding Advisory services (Transaction, Consulting, Valuation) and Property Management, with the Austrian real estate company EHL IMMOBILIEN GmbH, headquartered in Vienna. Founded in 1991 and managed by Michael Ehlmaier, EHL IMMOBILIEN GmbH employs 193 people, based mainly in Vienna.

According to Aymeric Le Roux, Executive Director International Advisory and Alliances of BNP Paribas Real Estate “This new partnership with EHL in Austria, demonstrates BNP Paribas Real Estate’s capacity to extend its alliance network with market leaders, and reinforces our positioning as a European best in class in real estate services for the benefit of our international clients.”

“We strongly appreciate that our new global partner is EU-based and BNP Paribas Real Estate and EHL are a perfect match”, says Michael Ehlmaier. “Being market leader in commercial and residential real estate as well as in real estate investment and valuation we can provide BNP Paribas Real Estate perfect access to the Austrian market. Simultaneously, BNP Paribas Real Estate’s global network of branches and partnerships is a great asset for our Austrian customers.”

The signature of this new alliance illustrates the intention of BNP Paribas Real Estate to continue its international expansion so that it may cater to the changing needs of its clients. Alongside the 5,100 employees of the company established in 15 countries, BNP Paribas Real Estate’s alliance network now numbers some 4,000 staff in an additional 21 countries.
