OTO Park Koszalin is strategically situated at the intersection of the S6 expressway, Koszalińska Street, and al. Europejska. The retail park spans a diverse tenant mix, including a 2,000 sq m Lidl supermarket, the region’s largest Leroy Merlin DIY store at over 9,000 sq m, and the only full-size Agata furniture showroom in the area, covering approximately 11,000 sq m.
