BIG Strengthens Market Presence in Poland with Tenth Retail Park

BIG Poland has completed the acquisition of OTO Park Koszalin, adding 38,000 sq m of gross leasable area to its portfolio. With this latest deal, the company now operates ten fully commercialised retail parks across Poland, including sites in Łubna (near Warsaw), Lubin, Andrychów, Gorzów Wielkopolski, Ostróda, Myszków, Włocławek, Olsztyn, and Suwałki.

OTO Park Koszalin is strategically situated at the intersection of the S6 expressway, Koszalińska Street, and al. Europejska. The retail park spans a diverse tenant mix, including a 2,000 sq m Lidl supermarket, the region’s largest Leroy Merlin DIY store at over 9,000 sq m, and the only full-size Agata furniture showroom in the area, covering approximately 11,000 sq m. Additionally, around 30 well-known brands such as Cropp, House, Martes Sport, Diverse, 4F, New Yorker, CCC, Deichmann, and Rossmann are present on site. The complex offers 1,100 parking spaces, EV charging stations, and an on-site petrol station.

“In just over two and a half years, we have built an investment portfolio of nearly 200,000 sqm,” said Eran Levy, CEO of BIG Poland. “Throughout this time, our focus has been on rebranding, expansion, diversification, and enhancement across our properties. We’re also actively developing three new projects in Piła, Olkusz, and Konstantynów Łódzki. This achievement is the result of strong collaboration with our partners, contractors, and tenants, as well as the dedication of the BIG Poland team. Together, we continue to pursue our ambitious growth strategy and aim to establish ourselves as one of the leading players in Poland’s retail park sector.”
